In Windows XP, is there a tweak for changing the DEFAULT FOLDER you start at when you do a START | RUN | BROWSE?

I don't know about most of you, I would never consider storing stuff in my DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS | PROFILE FOLDER to be run later. I use a separate folder for my downloaded applications to install, and that's where I would like to go when I click browse from the RUN dialog box.

Thanks in Advance.

That feature seems to be hard coded into Windows, just as the Explore on the right-click of Start and My Computer open in their respective folder/points on the hard drive. I use an icon on the QuickLaunch bar that can be customized to open where desired.
