Still No Pictures (W95)

I still have no Pictures just little Red X's
I have the show pictures checked in internet options, advanced tab. The Red x's are all the time but if I right click the Picture and click show picture, the Image will load.
I'm really confused and lost on this.
Please help
I have 750MB left on the hard drive, everything else runs fine

Maybe you have tried this, but in tools>internet options>advanced, press restore defaults, and in the security reset all to default??
