Hello All: I would like to know how to chk. the version of my windows media player - I thought I had dn-loaded version 7 but I get a box saying I need version 7 or better to view whatever, apparently I didn't get the dn. load ?? thanks Bill

Downloads can be accomplished quite readily but it's the installation afterward that is important. Nearly all Windows-based programs have an About choice in their Help menu from the toolbar.
