AVG Anti Virus (WXP-Pro)

Since I have installed AVG Anti Virus, I keep getting an alert saying there is an infection in c:\WINDOWS\system32\wins\DLLHOST.EXE

The virus is identified as Worm/Nachi

DOes anybody have any info on this, and can I just delete this file? I tried installing McAffe V7 but, I kept getting an error and the RPC kept closing down the PC? is this normal?

It would seem w32.nachi.worm is also called w32.welchia.worm
