Changing adminstrative password across the domain (WNT)

How do you change the administrators password on a windows NT 4.0 server . This server is also the mail server for our domain. I have 4 remote locations with BDC on location at remote sites. When I try to change the admin password on the PDC with my administrator account it allows me to change it, but it doesn't update the services and other BDC. How do I do this so all controllers are updated along with the mail services and other services associated with the administrators account?

If you have services running under administrator, or any other account, you will have to go into each service in control panel and enter the new password.

I did that, however now when I log onto the back up domains remotely, the administrative password has not replicated to the back ups. I can access the the remote servers by using the old password, but I will not have access into the manager of domains or server manager. How do I fix this
