Disable Right Click (WXP-Pro)

How to disable right click option on Start Menu ---All Programs.

I have disabled right click on Start Menu but not on Start Menu----All Programs.

Could you please guide me how to disable this feature.

Try,
Right click Start > Properties > Start Menu > customise > Advanced > uncheck *Enable dragging and dropping*

Tried those setting. Still its giving the option to right click on Start Menu---All Programs

open your registry, goto HK_ROOT_Folder and rename the key "shell" to "shell.old" then do the same in HK_ROOT_Directory.

the renaming (as opposed to deleting) enables you to reverse the process in the future..

this works for win2000 and xp, so it should work for older versions as well. note that after you apply this tweak (and restart btw) you will still be given a right click context menu; however you will only have the option to click 'properties', and if you do, you will be given the "this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. please contact your system administrator", so it's effectively nullified.
