Is there a way to login to a network computer under a different username then the one you have already entered without logging off your computer. Lets say I login as "User" and enter a password, then I want to login as "Administrator". How do I get back to the login prompt without logging off windows?

There is fast user switching feature, but that is hardwired to new XP logging style. If you use old W2K or (Nt) style login, you cannot use fast user switching.

Alternatively you can use runas command to start single programs with different credentials. You can for example start command prompt (cmd.exe) as an administrator.
