Sweet Office Suite

I recently came upon this program, haven't tried it yet, but it looks intriguing. It's a free, open source office suite called <a target="_blank" href=http://www.openoffice.org/>OpenOffice.org</a>

I've been using it for a while. I'm not really a power user, but I've heard it said by those who are that it is even more powerful than MS Office once you get to know it.

The 3d graphics/CAD app is pretty sweet. Not Autodesk caliber, but has potential. Cool rendering and lighting effects built in.

And no gaping security holes that need to be patched every 36 hours. That alone should make you run screaming from MS Office.
