I also have posted a request enquiring how to change the email address which was registered when I purchased Spyware Doctor. I was given a ticket number but no email was received. I have been going round in circles in the web site trying to find the progress using the ticket number allocated in the web page but I am unable to find the link. This product is the only one that I own which is causing so much difficulty for a simple answer. I wish to delete the old email address and update to a much more secure one but I am being held up because of Spyware Doctor.
Unless I can change this soon then I will just have to delete the address they hold and they will be unable to contact me about updates, new products etc.
Can anyone help or advise as I sure there must be an easy solution that I am missing? Thanks for any advice. Cheers Greyhair
