Delete user temporary files at logoff (All)

I think I came across such an option a year ago and I can't remember what it was.

Does anyone know of any registry tweaks that would do the desired effect or a logoff script?

thanks fot the post, but it doesn't solve my problem. I want all the files in the USER temp directory to be deleted at logoff or the whole temp, temp. internet files & everything else temporary.
