Hi. My computer is still causing problems. But I have a question. I can't connect to the internet. I noticed later that I didn't have anything in my connections (in Internet Tools) so I thought that was the problem. I clicked "ADD" and get this pop up:
"Cannot Load The Remote Access Connection Manager Service. Error 711: A configuration error on this computer is preventing the connection."
What does this mean? How can I fix it? Thanks
