Right click start button... (W98)

Hello folks.

I'm aware of command line switches for Explorer.exe.

I'm wondering if there's a way to change the default directory when you right click & explore on the start button.

Mine defaults to Program Files.

I use this feature a lot, and I'd like to change it if it's possible. Can anyone help?
