HOW CAN I DO TO DISABLE "DEL" BUTTON MODIFYING REGISTRY? IS IT POSSIBLE?

go to regedit then to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\
Keyboard Layout, then add the Scancode Map and chage the data to 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 00 00 53 E0 00 00 00 00.

I know SCANCODE MAP is OK in W2K/WXP. Is it OK in W98 too? Thanks.
