Access Denied (W98)

I am using IE6. When trying to access any Symantec site I get an "Access Denied" message or a 404 Page Not Found message. This also happens if I try to access amtrak.com. No problems with any other web sites. Any suggestions?

Try using Explorer to navigate to C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files and delete any cookies related to the problem sites and then try again.

Note: deleting them from the C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files folder versus the C:\WINDOWS\Cookies folder will also remove them from C:\WINDOWS\Cookies but removing them from the C:\WINDOWS\Cookies folder will leave bad pointers within the C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files folder.
