page load slow...too slooow! (WXP-Pro)

My modem connection is OK, but the web pages are really slow to log ,
it was fine before I did some tweaking in IE\6\tools\advanced settings,
which I no longer remember what I've changed, so the question is :
What is the best setting to make it run faster, at least like it was before my misadventure with the advanced settings.....

Open Internet Options and restore all settings to Default. Make sure you check all tabs.

The next step is to go slow making changes and keep track of them.

Hi the tweaks that I've performed were made in wxp pro services, and in IE-6\tools\advanced settings, so I went back to services and reset some items to run on auto and and reset some thicks on IE-6 tools\advanced settings, and that fixed my problem and things are" flying " just right.... /images/forums/icons/smile.gif
