I have 2 drives. The second is partitioned in half, the first half has ME installed(D:) The second half has 2000 installed(E:)
The first drive(C:) has Xp Pro installed.
On boot I have two options one for Xp (default) and one for 2000, but no option for ME.
ME was installed first, then 2000 finally Xp.
Any ideas how I can get ME as an option to boot

You almost got it right but what's is missing is that WinME or Win98 or Win 95 HAS to be installed on the boot/system drive which is set by the BIOS as Drive C: [usually Master on the Primary IDE channel].
WinNT4/2000/XP can be on any other/their own drive/partition.
The newest OS always goes on last.
You may have to buy PartitionMagic which includes BootMagic and may be able to set up the boot sequence with your present installation. System Commander may be able to do it also.

Keep in mind that if you want both/all Operating Systems to have access to both partitions/drives, keep the formatting at FAT32 because Win9x/ME can't 'see'/work with NTFS but WinXP [and Win2000] can use both types formatting.
Also, WinXP can't CREATE FAT32 partitions larger than 32GB but can work with them so use the Win98 boot disk for partitioning and formatting the drive.
As noted in the mentioned pages, the newest OS goes on last.

Some time ago I had working configuration where:
- part1 (primary) had W2K and NTFS
- part2 (primary) had W98 and FAT32
- part3 (extended) was for common data and was FAT32
From W2K boot menu I selected wether I booted to W2K or to W98. I had also NTFS driver for W98, so I could even use part1 from W98. Both systems has C: as boot drive and D: was the common data. The unused partition was mapped as W:. I installed many common applications to D:, so I could use them easily from both systems.
That required many hours to build and wouldn't recommend. But it worked like dream, except that NTFS driver for W98 caused few times problems with virus scanners.

Maybe this will help, maybe not.
Dual Boot After The Fact
I found this tip in an email I get from PC Magazine and thought it might be useful to some of you.
I want to run both Windows 2000 Pro and Windows 98 SE on my computer.
When I bought a new hard drive, I installed Windows 2000 on it first.
But my subsequent research seems to indicate that I should have installed Windows 98 SE first and then Windows 2000 on a separate partition.
How do I remove Windows 2000 from the drive so I can partition it and then install Windows 98 SE first and reinstall Windows 2000?
You don't have to remove Windows 2000.
Start by installing Windows 98 SE in a different partition.
When you're done, insert the Windows 2000 CD and reboot to start Windows 2000 setup.
On the Welcome to Setup page, press R (for Repair).
When you reach the Windows 2000 Repair Options page, press R again.
You'll then be prompted to select a repair option.
Press M for Manual. Then press the Up Arrow until Verify Windows 2000 system files is highlighted; press Enter to clear this selection.
Press the Down Arrow to select Continue (perform selected tasks), and then press Enter.
The system will ask whether you have an emergency repair disk.
Press L, indicating it should Locate your existing installation.
Once it does so, press Enter to complete the repairs.
This will establish dual boot for you. (This procedure also works for Windows XP.)
