Cannot get into Windows (WME)

Hi, I don't know what I did to my computer but when I turn it on, I cannot get into Windows. The following messages appear when I first start up my computer and now I don't know what to do to get into my computer anymore: The message appears after windows boot up: "The following file is missing or corrupted :C\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\VMM32.VXD Type the name of the windows loader (eg., C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\VMM32.VXD). And I don't have windows reload so I don't know what to do now, hope you could help me solve this problem. Thanks alot.
