Hi all!

Maybe somebody else has a better plan here,,,,

First I have figured out that the windows ME regedit.exe will work in windows 98SE,, Old hat from another post,,,

Any way when you use the regedit it has a fav thing that you can put your fav spots in (that is not IE fav links) it is spots to look at in the registry...

I was wondering how to sort the order of them like put my fav ones on top and the less important one s at the bottom...

Here is how you do it you export the fav key using notepad sort them how you want them listed,,,
save the file...
delete the fav key in the registry...
merge the sorted file
close regedit
reopen regedit and bingo the fav is now in the order you want,,,,

Here is an example just make sure the lines that need to be on one line stay that way

this thing cuts the lines over,,,,

I've heard a saying : about 99% of computer problems sit in front of the monitor
"If you can't use this program, box up your computer and send it back, you are too stupid to own it."
