Network Neighborhood (W98)

I am trying to start a network but when i open Network Neighborhood appilcation there is nothing inside the appilcation what can i do

can u get back to me asap

There'll be nothing there until you set up the Network in Control Panel. Network Neighborhood only shows information on the network after it's working.
