my friends zone alarm has locked out his homepage saying it has blocked an intrusion and gives you ways to get out of it nothing works they say you can edit the registry in safe mode but they dont tell you what to do any help would be appreciated

Your homepage can be changed here HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main

Look down the right hand panel for Start Page, double click it and add the address you wish to use
