I know someone out there has a reg fix so that you can undock the taskbar, so that it will float like the msoffice toolbar, if you do please send me an email

Typically, we don't send emails because it robs all users of the benefit of the fix--luckily, it doesn't take much added effort to browse this site than it takes to launch your email browser.

However, in response to your question--I know of no such reg fix. You're limited to one of the 4 sides of your screen.
