Only allow 3 urls (W98)

I have a network here in my work with a PC working as a proxy. What i want is to be able to in each workstation (win98) to only allow 3 urls...
Anyone knows any app that would do this ?

Do you mean 3 specific URLs or do you mean each user only gets to look at any 3 URLs?

you will have to do something in the proxy server, so that those urls can only be viewed.

Many proxy servers will let you define what to be allowed or filtered. Sepeak to your Lan Administrator.
