Program Folder

I've got a problem with my "program-folder". It appears every time on the desktop. Even if I close it and restarts the computer it still pop-up the next time. How will I get rid of it????

Do you have a shortcut to it in your startup folder? Are you configured to save your settings on shutdown via
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer
"NoSaveSettings"=hex:00,00,00,00 ;save window settings on exit?
