where is the button???

If I open with the right mouse on the desktop the Network settings.. and everybody knows there is a button for File release-print relase:
([ ]give other users the access of my files...blablaba)
But on my Laptop this Button is not there(but it was there) I don't know how and where can I enable it again(Win95)????
Please Help!!

open the network settings again. select the add button then DC(Double click) Service then DC file and printer sharing for microsoft networks. Now the file and print sharing button will appear. (make sure you have the win95 cd disk or that the cab files are on your laptop before installing F & P).

I checked this:
on my Win98:
add button then DC, Service-> yes this works
on my Win95:
add button then DC, Service-> "!"??" there is no "Service" to chose...??? only Client+Networkcard+Protocoll
How do I add the Service there???(It was maybe there because some times ago It work well..!!!)
Please Help!!
