Over the past few weeks i have noticed my computer slowing down.
It seems to take longer to load things, and i am getting quite a few "not responding" mesages when i attempt to load simple things.
I defraged my computer but that didn't seem to help.
What are your suggestions on what i should do?

Have you downloaded any new programs that might be loading on startup? Have you updated a driver? Or even installed a piece of hardware? These things could slow down your machine. Maybe you have bots or ads running on your machine. You might also check out these programs to help speed it up...

SpyBot S&D + AdAware both search your computer for "bots" or "ads". Which might run on your system startup that slow your computer down. Advanced System Optimizer is a good tool to actually defrag your registry, clean your registry, and do a lot more great stuff. PC Booster I would run last. It increases the speed of your computer, usually, a little bit. It worked for me!

Hope you found what you were looking for,
