MS-DOS prompt (need help to delete a folder) (W98)

My friend made a folder and it cant be changed in any way, meaning deleting, rename, moving ect. the only way to delete it is to re-program the file using MS-DOS prompt, but i dont know the command to delete it, please send me a way to re-program it

What is the folder name? Usually in DOS mode, you can type deltree /y c:\myfolder and press Enter, it would be gone. But to use the command you have to hav the precise folder name and path. Did he also set the Read-only attribute on it?
