Explorer Error

When clicking | START | SETTINGS | CONTROL PANEL, I get an error saying "Explorer caused an error...". Ya know

EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in

Try doing that in Safe Mode. It will most likely do the same thing, but it's worth a shot. And if it still does, I've got something else you could try.
