Lockups (W2K)

After installing win2k sp4 my computer keeps locking up. I'm getting about 6 lockups everyday even when i'm not at my computer. I don't get any blue screen of death errors, just locks up. Can anyone help me out?

Other people are also reporting problems with SP4. Unless I really need the update immediately, I typically do not install service packs, critical updates or driver updates until they have been released for at least 3 months and I have a better idea of their stability.

The service pack contains dozens of updates that will not affect you so I would uninstall it and then install the individual critical updates that have been out for a while.
