Delete IE Temp Internet Files by command line (All)

I know a lot of vbs and cmd to delete temporary internet files, but why there isn´t an api call or command line to do this. Does someone has an idea?

listen, open a search window and type *.tmp and click search search, all file displays on the right pane and select all file and delete them ok
