Everytime I need to print something from Internet I received the error message : Beginning dump of physical memory. Physical memory dump complete.
I already set the virtual memory higher.
I checked the printer properties but it wont let me choose the advanced option in which i can choose to print directly to the printer.
Any good ideas?
Thanks for all your help,

marisola,
What is happening is that the printing is causing a bugcheck to be called (critical error).
If you go to control panel > system > select the advanced tab and click on the startup and recovery button and uncheck the automaticlaly reboot check box.
Next time the error occurs post the details that are shown on the screen.
Also, does the problem only occur when printing from the internet?
Cheers

Thanks Andy,
that box is already unchecked and it still freezes when the error occur.
And yes, the problem is only when printing from the Internet . I guess it cant support images.
Open to any other ideas..thank you

marisola,
Are you saying that the unit doesn't reboot when the error occurs. Check event viewer to see what is in there.
You may also want to check Dr Watson to see if there are any user error logs. To do this, click start > run and type drwtsn32. If there are any application errors they will be listed in the bottom pane.
Cheers

marisola,
I'm not sure what ouldbe causing your problem. The first thing I would do is try and get a later driver for your printer and see if that helps. What model of printer do you have?

Sometimes it's easier to do a clean uninstall and reinstall, plus update driver from printer site.
I had probs with a Lexmark after upgrading to w2k and the above cleared it after 2 'clean' reinstalls.
