Is there any way to retrieve my local folders (inbox, sent items, etc) as I accidentally deleted a particular identity where all my local folders located. Thanks a lot.

I would go for a program like unerase.exe to recover accidentally deleted files. Run a search on www.google.com or go to this site: http://www.kurian.pl/download/ and download the unerase.exe file. When a file is deleted the hard drive changes (or should I say windows) the first letter so that it is no longer viewable, these unerase programs just filter through all these files.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the hint. But when I was to download the thing this message appeared:
Some files can harm your computer. If the file below looks suspicious, or you do not fully trust the source, do not open or save this file.
I have a Norton Antivirus run in my computer, so
should I just procede?
Thanks. :)

I just downloaded the file, but when I tried to run it this message appeared:
An application has attempted to directly access the hard disk, which can not be supported. This may cause the application to funtion incorrectly. Choose "close" to terminate the application.
What should I do? Thanks :)

Is there a ReadMe.txt file in the download or a manual of instructions?
Have a look around there to see what they say to do.

No, there is nothing, only one plain file to be downloaded.

Hi, now that I finally can downloaded the file but when I tried to run it this message appeared:
Unerase will not run in multitasking environment.
Multitasking environment such as windows maintain files and may write to the disk. Since these disk write are unpredictable, Unerase will not run.
You must switch to single task environment to run Unerase.
Then I switche to DOS-Prompt but the same message still appeared meaning that I still can't run it. What should I do. Thanks.

Make a note of the DOS path to where you have stored the .exe by right clicking the .exe and selecting 'Properties' and then restart in DOS mode.
Once at the DOS prompt, type the full DOS path and hit enter.
Note: each time you start the PC, go on the internet or do anything with the PC then it is or could be overwriting the files that you are wanting to recover.
