Is there a way to delete ALL files saved from trial programs, like if you used something once a long time ago but the trial expired, you have the rights to the other 29(or whatever) days. I hate when that happens, is there a solution?

Every developer has different ways of tracking their registration process.

The best solution is to contact the developer and request a further 30 days. They may be able to provide you with a solution.
