FTP (W2K)

Windows 2000 PC transferring txt file from Unix server using FTP. When done in command mode it works. When done in the scheduler, it brings an older version of the file, from who knows where, and puts the correct date and time stamp. Any ideas where it's picking up the old file from? It is definetely not in the unix server.
