Run As Problem (WXP-Pro)

I'm tweaking my registry using RegCleaner, and I think I erased something like "Run As" item. Now every time I open a new app, Run As window always appearing. I can not disable it anymore. I tried to put back my system before it happened, but to no avail. Help me please. Its really annoying.

Doesn't regcleaner create a backup of the items it deletes so you can double-click on it and restore it to the registry?

I tried that too, or maybe I dd not backed it up. Is there any way to add again the item into the registry?
