Error message help! (WME)

Hi, I need some help, because I had d/l Registry Mechanic and stuff, but when I press the Registry Mechanic to get started there's an error saying "Run-Time error'429': ActiveX component can't create object" so..what does that mean and how can I get rid of it so that I can't use the Registry Mechanic that I've d/l ???
