can I remove or disable all bottoms in internet explorer bar ?

for example history search ....

You mean buttons?
If yes, then it can be remove by right click the bar
and uncheck the standard button.

I want modify all standard buttons in the Internet Explorer bar for all users ..... can i do this as a default feature for the pc ?
