hi all.
am facing three problems.

1. I am not able to delete any shortcuts from my desktop.

2. I am not able to see add-remove icon in control panel.

3.Whenever I click a .reg file, one msg box pops up and says do you want to entry the info to registry. How to disable this popup msg

Can you tell us which Operating System you are using please. Also, are you the administrator (or in the administrators group) of the PC?
