Hi all,
i would like to know how to access the folder which i have set a security denied to the person logged in as Standard User , the person has a denied access when he/she tried to click on c:\tmp , a pop up dialog will show "Access Denied" , is it possible if i am the Administrator who want to access the C:\tmp but logged as Standard User Not Administrator login. Because i do not want to log off again to switch to Administrator login then access the folder. Is there any way that can do it directly?

You will use "Run As".

Hold down the shift key and right click any (almost) shortcut link file or executable. In the menu is an item called "Run As...". It might not show if you don't hold the shift key. This item will bring up a window where you can enter your admin account name, password, and authenticator. IE will then run as if you were logged in and any daughter windows or apps run from this window will also run with your credentials. Just type "C:\temp" on the address line.
