You've lost the bootup file/s needed to start Windows.
Using the startup disk that should have come with Windows or that was created when prompted during the installation of Windows, boot to it and at the A: prompt, type sys c: and press Enter. Remove the disk and reboot, see if that helps, it usually does.
As a last resort, you may even have to re-install Windows.

i brought my sys with win95 already installed, what's the next step to solve this without the startup the file!

Get a <a target="_blank" href=http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm>boot disk</a> for your version of Win95 and then do what BertImmenschuh says...

One way I use is to boot to a Win98 boot disk [to be sure of getting FAT32 support], change to the C drive [type C: and press Enter] then type CD\Windows\System and finally dir/o/p, and look at the file dates on defrag.exe, dialer.exe, calc.exe, clipbrd.exe, etc., will give the creation date which will coincide with the version.
07/11/1995 03:50 AM is the first version Win95
12/31/1995 03:50 AM is Win95A - includes Service Pack 1
08/24/1996 05:11 AM is Win95B
05/22/1997 09:46 AM will be a common date for Win95C
