hi folks...
i got a file with an extension of (rar), so please can any one tell me what's the meaning of (rar)? and what's the use of such files?

It's a file compression format and you need something like WinRAR to work with it.

thanks for the downloading link...
but, Bert, do you know an application or a program can give us a full analysis of (*.exe) files and by using it we can change their features, colors, whatever
and of course i don't want to break the copyrights, i just want to modify some exe files (i don't thinks that exe files have copyrights), and please don't tell me to visual basic, C+ or C++, because i don't know how work on them that much...

An executable file is the heart of a program. Changing .exe files is in essence changing the program. You excluded the methods most programmers use. The copyright usually applies to the whole program which includes all the software code used in creating it and the support files.

yeah, eXeScope is limited...
seems that i have to get use on the other programs to be able to make my own programs
