Windows Key Shortcuts (W2K)

I know there are certain keyboard shortcuts using the Windows key, such as Windows Key + E = Explorer. I'm just wondering if anyone has found a way to add new shortcuts to that. Before, i've created them with the shortcut option in the shortcut, using like Ctrl + Alt + I = Internet Explorer, but I'm wondering if there's a way I can set it to Windows Key + I
