Cant make network neighborhood icon to show on desktop (W98)

I followed the intstructions on how to make my network neighborhood icon hidden from the desktop and now that I want it back I cant seem to make it appear. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This is how I remove it. Instruction to restore it, is at the bottom.

REMOVE NETWORK NEIGHBOURHOOD ICON

In the registry, go to;

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRE NT VERSION\POLICIES\EXPLORER

Select NEW from the edit option
Click DWORD to create a new entry
Name it NoNetHood set the value to 1 and reboot
To restore the icon change the value to 0
