folder restrictions for users (WXP-Home)

is it possible to block folder or drives from different users...
(<sigh> i feel like such n00b)
...maybe im just really stupid and missed something obvious. but any help would be appreciated....

First off, your drive must be formatted NTFS, that is, if you don't wish to purchase additional software
