On a Win 98 client on NT network, the "RUN" command has been disabled, along with the ability to make any REGISTRY changes, apparently by Policy Editor. I need to change the workstation from "Windows Logon" to "Network Logon", but I can't access the Network Settings to change the Domain info, because all these settings have also been disabled. I was even ready to re-install windows, until I realized that this older workstation doesn't even have a CD drive, and I don't have Windows install disk on floppies.
How can I get in to make changes? Can I import registry settings from another machine?

Contact whoever disabled these features and ask them to reverse the process
