Start button again, this must be hard (W98)

The button now looks good with my own icon and "Start" word changed. Unfortunately, the word "Start", as I understood, can only be replaced with a 5 or less letters word. What if it is possible to increase the width of the button in order to use the longer words, say "Startup"?

Would appreciate for any ideas.

That's why I thought one can only use max 5 letters word.
