Have a Network? Want to copy files to another pc and synch them?
Check out this Folder Sync software. It's easy, and it is very good.

The only improvement I think they should make is to have option to save differnt profile, that way, you can sync different location according to your folder. Now it will save whatever you do last.
Well, it is freeware, it is good enough of what it is supposed to do. I highly recommended.
