System Icon (WXP-Pro)

Is there any way of getting access to the System Icon within Windows XP Pro other then Control Panel.
We have laptops configured with Windows XP Pro which has been locked down and there is no Admin Icons in Control Panel even with a Local Admin account.
We want use the System Icon to remove laptop from default Domain to add to another Domain.

Right-click on desktop - Properties - Desktop Tab - Customize Button - Put My Computer on Desktop
