I try to paste an html file. Got it?

Dialing up (modem 56) is functioning but I cannot connect to any ISP (message on Netscape 7.9: unable to create a network socket connection. There may be insufficient system resources or the network may be down (reason: invalid argument))

 I tried winsock2fix and it functioned for some programs (such as Zone Alarm, protectx, Correlate) but not for internet connect nor ICQl nor Ashampoo (internet tuner module)
