I installed, then uninstalled WinHacker. Left behind is a WinHacker icon in Control Panel. How can I find that icon in the Windows 95 registry, so that I can remove it?

all icons in the control panel have the extension .cpl do a search on your box for all files with that extension. discern which one is applicable for winhacker. make a copy and paste anywhere but windows\system. then delete the original. reboot.
