So where exactly did you find it? In what directory.

If you rightclick the file, and choose properties, what does that tell you?

Is it starting up automatically as Windows starts? (Check Start > Run > Msconfig > Startup tab)

Any chance it could be from an online casino? I used Dogpile and, of the 10 sites it found, several were online casinos. I wasn't going to any of the casino sites to check any further, sorry.
